James Arkoudis
CEO / Director
James has a background of nearly twenty years commercial experience as a solicitor. He has worked a range of practices as well as having been in-house counsel for one of the large property trust groups and a well-known finance company.
James also has wide experience in litigation matters and has acted for a number of corporate clients in this regard. James has also been a director of ASX Listed mining companies.
James takes a lead role in Cassius’ projects in Madagascar and Ghana.
David Chidlow
Technical Director & Mining Operations Project Lead
David has a strong resource project management background and penchant for challenging conditions.
Given his readily transferable skillset he has the role of Exploration and Mining Operations Project Lead.
David guides the Technical and Operational aspects of the Soalara Project in Madagascar
Wayne John Kernaghan
Director/Company Secretary
Wayne is a qualified chartered accountant who spent 5 years with Price Waterhouse. On leaving Price Waterhouse he has spent over 20 years as Finance Director and Company Secretary within the mining industry for ASX listed companies and as an Investment Manager in Australia and the United Kingdom, including with Waverly Asset Management.
Wayne is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Secretary.
